- Peter Roemer Jr., 58, of 2815 Glenview Road, Wilmette, died February 23 at Chicago Memorial Hospital. Mr. Roemer, a farmer, was born in that part of Gross Point which later became annexed to Wilmette. His parents, Anna Borre Roemer and the late Peter Roemer, were pioneer settlers in this area. Survivors include, besides his mother, two sisters, Mrs. Anna Gillengerten of Wilmette and Miss Mary, at home; and four brothers, Jacob, John, and Charles, at home, and Harry of Skokie. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery, Techny.
