Former Wilmette resident taken by death Sept. 13 [Mary L. Berry]

Mrs. Mary L. Berry of Oak Park, sister of Charles S. Dingee and Miss Annie W. Dingee of Wilmette, died Friday, September 13, at the Oak Park hospital. She was 61 years old. Mrs. Berry had lived in Wilmette for many years up to 1900, but moved in that year to Davenport, Ia., and at the time of her death made her home in Oak Park.
Surviving her are her husband, L. F. Berry, of Oak Park; two sons, Raymond Dingee Berry of River Forest, and Marvin K. Berry of Austin; one daughter, Mrs. Gerald Wise of River Forest; one sister, Miss Annie W. Dingee of Wilmette, and three brothers, Charles S. Dingee of Wilmette, S. S. Dingee of Wausau, Wis., and W. W. Dingee of Kilbourn, Wis.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon, September 16, at 1:30 o’clock from the residence of her son, Raymond D. Berry, 1019 Forest avenue, River Forest. Burial was at Rosehill cemetery.- Featured Link
