- Brian Leonard Galassini, 49, a resident of Winnetka, died suddenly April 24. Mr. Galassini was born Sept. 10, 1954 in Highland Park. He married his wife, Julie Brown, in Sept. 22, 1990. Survivors include his wife of 13 years, Julie (nee Brown) Galassini; his parents, Emilio and Josephine Galassini; his sisters, Lisa (Dale) Johnson and Donna (Harold) Saalfeld; his brother, Gary Galassini; his father and mother-in-law, James Brown and Phyllis Lowery; his sisters-in-law, Elaine (Joseph) Marigliano, Valerie (Dave) Gilbert and Candi (Doug) Jackson; his aunt, Alma Galassini; and numerous nieces and nephews including Sara (Adam) Shaull, Stanley (Katie) Stout, Stephanie Gilbert, Kevin Gilbert, Abigail Stout, Matthew Stout, Rebecca Marigliano, Sam Saalfeld, Lily Marigliano, Amelia Jackson and Katherine Jackson. Funeral services were held on Thursday, April 29 at St. James Church. Interment was at Mill Creek Cemetery in Wadsworth, Ill.
