- Austin Leshay of Wilmette and Ben Hoogland of Glenview teamed up to win the 14-and-under ITC Junior Spring Open Doubles championship April 23-25. Jed Somers of Glencoe defeated Hoogland in the singles quarterfinals placing third overall. Leshay reached the quarterfinals. Kevin Porter of Winnetka also participated in the tournament. Tobie Warshawsky of Northfield and Ryan Preston of Northbrook earned top rankings in the Midwest Section for players 18 and under.
