Mrs. Lucinda Taylor, of Evanston, mother of Mrs. E. B. Metzel, of Kenilworth, died suddenly Wednesday, June 6, at the North Shore Health Resort following a nervous breakdown. Mrs. Taylor was 80 years of age and was the wife of the late James T. Taylor.
Besides Mrs. Metzel, Mrs. Taylor is survived by two other daughters, Ada E. Taylor of Evanston, and Bertha M. Taylor of Washington, D. C., and by one son, L. Stoddard Taylor, also of Washington. The relatives from Washington were in attendance at the funeral.
Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock, at the Rosehill chapel, and burial was at Rosehill. Dr. Preston Bradley, pastor of the People’s church, Chicago, officiated.- Featured Link
