Mrs. Edith Gilbert Groves of 619 Lake avenue, a resident of Wilmette for about eight years, died Tuesday morning of last week at the Evanston hospital. Services were held Thursday, March 1, from the Western Funeral Parlors, 1906 Irving Park boulevard, with burial in the Rosehill mausoleum. She is survived by her husband, Arthur Clarke Groves, by a sister, Mrs. J. C. Hathaway of Ottowa, Ill., and by a brother, Bert Gilbert of Glen Ellyn.
