- Gift of Adoption aims to help families afford the high up-front cost of adopting a child. Sharon and Gerry Komlofske of Wilmette sponsored a fundraiser for this organization at their home on February 21. Co-chairs were Karen Roddy of Wilmette and Hilary Alex of Derfield.
