Terrence Forester Duncan-Clark, aged 20 years, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. S. John Duncan-Clark, 228 Wood Court, died Friday evening, July 23, at Victory Memorial hospital as a result of injuries sustained when he fell from a tree. Their services were held on Monday at the Christ Episcopal church, Waukegan, the Rev. Howard E. Ganster officiating, and the youth was buried at Lake Villa.

The accident occurred at Lake Villa when Terrence, who was on top of a tree trying to put up a radio aerial for a friend, stepped on a branch which broke. He was rendered unconscious by the impact, and suffered a broken back which caused paralysis.

He was taken to the Victory Memorial hospital where an X-ray determined that his back was broken, and that a portion of the broken bone was pressed against a nerve center, causing immediate paralysis. In addition to the fracture, he suffered numerous body bruises and internal injuries. He died Friday night at the hospital.
