- Thomas F. Tobin, 74, a resident of Wilmette, died March 9 in his home. Mr. Tobin was born April 12, 1929 in Chicago. Survivors include, his wife, Irene Tobin (nee Pfaff); one daughter, Mary Tobin; three sons, Thomas Tobin, Michael Tobin and James B. (Susan) Tobin; two grandsons, John Tobin and Joseph Tobin; one sister, Teresa (the late John) Buckley; and one brother, Edmund (Kathleen) Tobin. Mass was held Saturday, March 13 at St. Joseph Church in Wilmette.
