- Three babies born to families of teachers recently. Gabrielle Morgan was born to teacher Tina Honore and her husband, David, on January 26. Dylan Friedman was born to first-grade teacher Nicole Weiss and her husband, Randy, February 12. Ryan Michael was born to the son and daughter-in-law of kindergarten teacher Maureen Sullivan. The parents are Michael and Michelle.; Students see PTA-sponsored enrichment program, "Legend of ISAT" by Face-to-Face Productions March 4; Shedd Aquarium field trip for 4th-graders March 10; Third-graders visit Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary Art March 11; First-graders attend storytelling program by Rives Collins March 2; 4th grade classes of Deb Brackett and Deb Greer conducted a "read-in" March 2 to celebrate Read Across America Week; Mother Goose program March 1; Student Advisory Council voted to give proceeds of bake sale to C.A.R.E., a pet shelter.
