Funeral services for Edward A. Pratt, 1224 Elmwood avenue, who died suddenly September 30, were held at the home last Saturday. Rev. Stephen A. Lloyd of the First Congregational church, officiating, followed by Masonic services. Burial was at Mount Carroll, Ill. Mr. Pratt is usrvived [sic] by his widow, a son, Edward H. and a daughter, Mrs. Cloyce C. Hamilton. Mr. Pratt had been a resident of the village for many years and was well known here. He was found dead in the garage at his residence last Wednesday evening.
