- Mr. William K. Henning died May 19 , 1993. He was 65. His first wife, Joanne Gonser, to whom he was married for 31 years, died in 1981. Survivors include his wife Joan Sharp of Tucson, Ariz., formerly of Northbrook; his mother, Gertrude Henning of Washington Island, Wis.; his brother, Kenneth; his children, Tom Henning, Anne Walker, and Sally Carpenter; his stepchildren, John Sharp, James Sharp and Jean Negley; and 13 grandchildren.
