- Modernism Show: an Exposition and Sale of 20th Century Deisgn, was held at the Winnetka Community House on November 8-9. This annual event featured 40 dealers from across the United States and England, showing furniture, accessories, art and clothing from Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Art Moderne, Fifties and other design movements.
