- Katie Burdell of Mercer Island, Washington, and John Busby of Kenilworth were married July 19 in Seattle, Washington. The bride is the daughter of Alanna Burdell of Mercer Island and Charlie Burdell of Seattle. The groom is the son of Sharie and Mike Busby of Kenilworth. The bridesmaids were Sarah and Laura Burdell, sisters of the bride; Andrea Busby, sister of the groom; Ariella Rogge and Mary Kay Meintzer. Christopher Busby, brother of the groom, was the best man and Michael Corr and Ronnen Belkind served as groomsmen. The couple reside in Seattle.
