- Coletta Rose Molidor Mallak, a resident of Arlington Heights, died Aug. 28 at Northwest Community Hospital. She was 90. Mrs. Mallak was born in Volo, Ill. She is survived by her husband, Adam Mallak; five sons, Erwin (Alice) Beitzel of Des Plaines, William (Barbara) Beitzel of Wilmette, Robert (Helen) Beitzel of Wilmette, Edward Beitzel of Glenview and Roger (Sheila) Beitzel of Glenview; three daughters, Mary Kay (Steve) Airo of Granger, Ind., Carol Ann (Raymond) Hiltunen of Nisula, Mich., and Janet Hadaway of Elk Grove Village; 26 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Joseph and Irving Molidor. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank Beitzel. Interment will be at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
