Faith, Hope, and Charity in Winnetka; Burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Northbrook; Survived by his wife, Mary Ann O'Doherty Kollar; two daughters and a son, Ana, R.J. and Carolyn; his parents, Joan Donnellan Kollar and John A. Kollar Jr., both of Northfield; his sister and three brothers, Denise (David) Antonucci of Chicago, John of Winnetka, James of Wilmette and Mark (Elaine) of Northbrook.
