- James P. Burke, 74, a life-long Evanston resident, died June 4 in his home at 2441 Ridgeway Av. Mr. Burke is survived by his wife, Esther; his mother, Elizabeth Kidnay of St. Ann's Home in Techny; two daughters, Paticia Below of Wilmette and Carol Quick of Buffalo Grove; a son, James Jr. of Glenview; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild, and a brother, Francis Burke of Evanston.
