- John J. Cole [sic], died suddenly Feb. 20 in Palm Springs, Calif. Two sisters, Margaret Kennedy and Anne Bernadetter "Nancy" Chyle preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife Ann O'Shaughnessy Coyle; five daughters, Leslie (Gary) Lorenz, Laura, Madeleine (Noel) Follrath of Atlanta, Ga., Sarah (Victor) Delgado, Mara (Joel) Hedland of Minneapolis, Minn., Eliza (Joel) Murrary of Los Angeles, Calif.; three sons, William, Shaun, and Christopher Coyle; six grandchildren, Kaitlin and Meghan Follrath, Mark and John Lorenz, Henry and Gus Murray; and one sister, Catherine Murphy. Funeral Mass was said Feb. 18 at St. Francis Xavier Church.
