- Former Wilmette resident Albert L. Clayton died Feb. 8 in Sister Bay, Wis. He was 82. Previously he had lived in Wilmette for over 50 years. Survivors include his wife, Nancy; five children, Lynn (Michael Borre), Richard Clayton, Penny (Tom) Reineck, Joseph (Jane) Clayton and Sarah (Eric) Kuehmeier; six grandchildren, David and Jim Borre; Julie, Katie and Tommy Reineck; and Christine; and one brother, Vernie Collins.
