- Philip Theodore Clark died Aug. 20 at Evanston Hospital. He was 58. Mr. Clark was born in Lake Forest. He is survived by his wife, Janet Finn Clalrk of Winnetka; his daughter, Nancy Brophy of Arlington Heights; his sons, John J. Clark of Stevens Point, Wis., Philip T. Clark, Jr. of Evanston, and Michael M. Clark of Winnetka; and three brothers, Richard Clark of Florida, John Clark of California, and Robert Clark of Barrington.
