- Beteena Maureen Cook of 1779 Rogers Av. in Glenview, died March 25 at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston. She was 2. She is survived by her parents, Daniel and Barbara Cook; a brother Daniel Cook II; her grandparents, Nello and Ann Fragassi of Northbrook and Evelyn Cook of Huntington, West Virginia; and many aunts, uncles and cousins in Wilmette and Winnetka. Burial was in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Northbrook.
