- Alfred J. Fragassi, 58, of 970 Green Bay Rd. in Glencoe died Aug. 9 at Downey Veterans Administration Medical Center in North Chicago. He is survived by three brothers, Leo of Winnetka, Giulio of Wilmette and Fernando of Wilmette, and three sisters, Sofia Benvenuto of Wilmette, Conchetta Fragassi and Lucia Castagnoli. A requiem mass was said on Aug. 11 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wilmette. Burial was at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
