- Laura Esther Bizzell Foster died Oct. 9 [1988] in Highland Park Hospital. She was 80. A native of Athens, Ga., Mrs.Foster was a resident of Glencoe since 1932. She was married to Isaac Foster. Mrs. Foster is survived by her husband, her daughters, Darlene Foster of Chicago and Diane L. Foster of Glencoe; her stepdaughter, Gloria Mae Foster of Skokie; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
