- Helen M. Flanagan of Wilmette, 83, died July 29 in Evanston Hospital. Mrs. Flanagan was the wife of the late Bernard J. Flanagan. She is survived by four daughters, Shirley Conners of Chicago, Helen Shea of Wilmette, Evelyn Horne of Chicago and Joan Butzen of Wilmette; a brother, Edward Taffe, and a sister, Margaret Simmons.
