- Jeffrey Bennett Nielsen, 40, of Gurnee, formerly of Kenilworth, died September 30, 1999 of a heart attack, photo. Survived by his wife, Dianne (née Martin); three daughters, Ashley, 13, Merrie, 10, and Elizabeth, 5; his mother Lynn, of Glenview; two brothers, Joe, of Evanston and Jon of Miami, Florida, and a sister, Jan, of Washington, D.C. Preceded in death by his father, Ben.
