- Former Winnetka resident Joan Koch Detmer died March 20 in Pasadena, Calif.
She is survived by her husband, Eugene T. Detmer; three children, Deborah (Ralph) Lidge, Eugene T. (Marguerite) Detmer Jr. and Howard L. (Martha) Detmer; six grandchildren; two sisters, Barbara K. Fox of Winnetka and Judith K. Merrifield of Redwood City, Calif.; and a cousin, Lynn Mathias of Kenilworth.
Memorial services were scheduled for today, April 3, at Holy Family Church in South Pasadena.
