- Virginia Davis Goodrich, 94, died July 26, 2002 in Evanston. Born January 4, 1908 in Des Moines, Iowa. Preceded in death by her husband, Paul W. Goodrich; and a sister, Marcia Jean Welch. Survivors include two sons, William D. (Mary) Goodrich of Winnetka, and James W. (Fredel) Goodrich of Windermere, Florida; one daughter, Carolyn (Harvey) Gustafson of Quito, Ecuador; six grandchildren, Paul W. (Valerie) Goodrich, of Chicago, James H. (Jane) Goodrich of Chicago, Thomas C. Goodrich of Atlanta, Ga., Andrew K. (Claudia) Goodrich of Chicago, Julie G. (John) Barker of Wellesley, Mass., and Katherine G. Goodrich of Chicago; and three great-grandchildren.
