- Suzanne Kaufman Hardy of Wilmette died April 23 at Evanston Hospital. She was 52. A native of Chicago, Mrs. Hardy was a graduate of New Trier High School She is survived by her husband, Bruce A. Hardy; her parents, Betty and Jack Kaufman of Wilmette; her daughter, Beth (Joseph) Schwall of Glen Ellyn; her sons, Stephen (Brenda) Hardy of Wilmette and Thomas (Mary Beth) Hardy of Glenview; and her brother Peter Kaufman of San Diego, Cal.
