- Letha "Bea" Watson, 84, a resident of Arlington Heights, died Sunday, Nov. 16.
Mrs. Watson was born March 11, 1919 in Hinton, Okla. to Rob and Blanche Slanaker.
Survivors include her four daughters, Barbara (Bill) Hood of Falls Church, Va., Nancy Watson of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., Lyn (Scott) Ellis of St. Charles, Ill. and Peggy Watson of Vista, Calif; six grandsons, Paul, Joe, Rob and Peter Huckins, and Greg and Ryan Ellis; one great-granddaughter, Haiden Huckins; a great-grandson, Silas Huckins; her sister, Elsie (Gathers) Slaton of Hinton, Okla; and her brother Bill Slanaker of Hinton, Okla. She is predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Perry Watson.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22 at Trinity Methodist Church in Wilmette.
