- Emilie Hoza, 87, died Nov. 1 at St. Ann's Home in Techny. Born in Germany, Mrs. Hoza and her late husband, Philip J. Sr., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Oct. 30, 1965. Mrs. Hoza is survived by a son, Philip J. Jr. of Wilmette; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
