- Dagny Elvina Holm, 77, died Aug. 5 in her home. Born in Courtland, Ill., she was reared in Denmark. Mrs. Holm is survived by her husband, Hugo, who was born in Denmark; two daughters, June Ackerman of Franklin, Wis.; and Joyce Girts of Kenosha, Wis.; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Agnes Lindgren of Sycamore, Ill. The graveside service Aug. 8 was in Gardner Cemetery in Maple Park, Ill.
