- Joan C. Hoehne died on June 1. She was a native of Los Angeles. She is survived by her sister, Barbara (Tom) Lyon of Wilmette; nephews Bruce (Mary Alice) Lyon and David Lyon, both of Wilmette; niece Susan (John) Harrington of Marshfield; and nine great-newphews and nieces. Interment was in Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie.
