- Harold H. Herbon, 92, born in Wilmette, died June 27, 1999 in Algona, Iowa. Preceded in death by his wife, Lois (néeTennell). Survivors include three children, Don (Helen) Herbon of Brainard, Minn., Pat (Shorty) Eimers of Burt, Iowa, and Joe Herbon of Chicago, 17 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Ruth Moore and Marian Christensen.
