- Walter R. Lecat, 73, died Dec. 28 [1996] at Columbus Hospital in Chicago. Mr. Lecat, who was born in Moline. Survivors include his wife, Katherine Doherty Lecat; three daughters, Amy (Dan) O'Donoghue of Winnetka; Simone (Chris) Gould of Winnetka and Lisa (Vito) Knych of Arlington Heights; one son, Paul (Bonnie) Lecat of Chicago; and five grandchildren, Dan, Patrick and Colin Donoghue [sic], Bailey Lecat and Madeline Gould. Interment was in All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
