- Rose Kobak, 85, died February 26 at Evanston Hospital. Mrs. Kobak, a Glencoe resident, was raised in Sioux City, Iowa. Her late husband, Dr. Alfred J. Kobak, was an obstetrician and gynecologist. She is survived by a son, Dr. Alfred J. Kobak Jr., a daughter, Claire Meyers; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
