- Phyllis Babb Perkins, 53, of Winnetka, died Jan. 19 at Evanston Hospital. She was married for more than 31 years to Donald S. Perkins. Born in Newton, Mass., Mrs. Perkins was the daughter of Jervis J. Babb who died in July at the age of 80. Survivors include Mrs. Perkin's husband; her mother, Ruth H. Babb of Wilmette; two daughters, Elizabeth Perkins Hill of Northbrook and Susan Perkins Getzendanner of Chicago; a son, Jervis Babb Perkins of Chicago; and two grandsons, Zachary and Jeremy Hill of Northbrook.
