- Lucy Decker Sneider, 81, died Saturday in Highland Park. Mrs. Sneider, the daughter of Grace Krom Decker and Fred Decker, was born in Highland, N.Y., on April 14, 1903. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred W. Sneider. She is survived by a son, Frederick Decker Sneider, of Montreal; a daughter, Lois (David C.) Simonson of Glenview; a sister, Florence (William) Ossenkop of Ashville, N.C.; three grandchilden, Peter, Eric and John Simonson and; one great-grandchild, Matthew Alexander Simonson.
