- John Booth Stevens, 92, of Highland Park, born May 1, 1906 in Riverside, Illinois, died April 8, 1999. Preceded in death by his wife, Louise Heuer Stevens in 1997. Survivors include his daughters, Anne (Judson) Martin of Glencoe and Elizabeth Stevens of Camphill VIllage, Copake, N.Y.; his sons, John Jr. (Judy) of Glenview and Billy (Toni) of Oxford, Miss.; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
