- Alice M. Williamson, 88, died at Old Orchard Nursing Home on Dec. 14. Mrs. Williamson was the mother of Joyce Ely of Wilmette, and Gloria Peifer. She was born in Spokane, Wash. Her husband was the late John E. Williamson. Besides her daughters, she is survived by grandchildren John, Joyce, Warren, and Scott; and four great-grandchildren.
