- Coach John Burnside comments on girl's cross-country team's depth of talent. Seven different runners have been the team's no.1 finisher at various times during the season leading up to Saturday's Central Suburban League South Divison championship at Waukegan. The boys team lost to Evanston on Saturday following the collapse of runners Eamon Monaghan and Alex Mahoney. Coach Doug Chase commented on the race. Other runners mentioned are Chaz Gillespie, Jason Brown and John Beadle.
