- Obituary: Edward John Warwick, 72, of Kenilworth, died June 23, 2003 in Chicago. Born November 22, 1930 in Kenilworth. Survivors include a brother Orville (Mary) Warwick of Hendersonville, North Carolina; a sister, Carol (the late Arthur) Thompson of Crystal Lake; four nieces, Nancy, Dana, Wendy and Cindy; and his good friend Robert J. Agnes. He is pre-deceased by a nephew, Arthur IV.
