- Elizabeth "Ibby" Hubert Malott, 72, died May 18, 2003 of cancer, photo. Born in Duluth, Minnesota, and grew up in the Orient. Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Robert H. Malott; her three children and five grandchildren: Elizabeth M. Pohle and her 3 1/2-year-old twins and 1-year-old son; Barbara M. Kizziah and her 3 1/2-year-old daughter; son R. Deane Malott and his 8-month-old daughter; two sons-in-law, Chris Pohle and Keith Kizziah; a daughter-in-law, Jill Malott; and three sisters, Renee Spencer, Marcia Ledogar and Joey Williams.
