- Maureen Louis Carlson (nee Nevins), 47, a resident of Wilmette, died Nov. 27 in her home. Mrs. Carlson was born in Chicago. Survivors include two sons, Kevin and Daniel; her mother, Peggy Ryan Nevins of Oak Lawn; four brothers, Jim (Lisa) Nevins of Fairborn, Ohio, Rick Nevins of St. Charles, Tim (Rose) Nevins of Louisville, Ky. and Tom (Lynette) Nevins of Orland Park; her former husband Harvey Carlson of Wilmette and his parents, Stewart and Margaret Carlson of Winnetka. She is predeceased by her father, James F. Nevins. A memorial service was held on Saturday, Dec. 6 at Winnetka Congregational Church in Winnetka.
