Bauer, Christine Anna (Died)

Miss Christine Anna Bauer, 53, died Tuesday evening, June 7 [1949] at St. Francis Hospital. She lived at 1716 Forest Avenue, Wilmette. Survivors include four brothers, John of Metawan, N.J.; Lawrence of Phoenix, Ariz.; Edward and Adam of Wilmette; and two sisters, Miss Tillie Bauer of Wilmette and Mrs. Frances Trowbridge of Broadview, Ill. Miss Bauer was born in Wilmette and lived here all her life. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and of the Wilmette Court No. 848, Catholic Daughters of America. Services will be held Friday, June 10, from ALten's Wilmette Chapel to St. Joseph's Church where a requiem high Mass will be said at 10 o'clock. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
