Mrs. Susan Schwall Turns on Gas and Ends Life [heading]
Mrs. Susan Schwall, wife of Anthony [sic] Schwall, and daughter of Peter Borre of Gross Point, committed suicide Tuesday afternoon at her home, Sixteenth street and Spencer avenue. She leaves five children and husband. She took her children to her parents home at noon and said she was going to Evanston to do some shopping. Instead she went home and stuffed the keyhole of the door and the windows and turned on the gas. She has been dead four or five hours when found. No clue left as reason for the act.- Media Type
