von Glahn, Eiba L. (Died)

Eiba L. von Glahn, 602 Fifteenth street died suddenly of a heart attack Monday morning at his home. He was 43 years old. Mr. von Glahn, who was in the insurance business, was well known throughout the village. He was born here and had spent his entire lifetime in this vicinity. He was a member of St. Augustine's Episcopal church of Wilmette and of Lodge No. 936, A.F. and A.M. Masonic funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at Scott's funeral home, 1118 Greenleaf avenue, at 1 o'clock, followed by services at St. Augustine's church at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Hubert Carleton, rector of St. Augustine's, officiated at the services in the church. Burial took place at Kenosha, Wis. Mr. von Glahn is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ella von Glahn, and by two sisters, the Misses Meta and Melita von Glahn, both of Wilmette.
