Description
- Full Text
Funeral services for Charlotte Hall Eastman (Mrs. Sidney Corning Eastman) of Kenilworth, were held Sunday afternoon, April 14, at Rosehill cemetery where her ashes were interred. Mrs. Eastman passed away in Pasadena, Cal., several weeks ago at the home of her sister, Mrs. M. H. L. Walker, and the news of her death at that time, while not unexpected, was received with genuine grief by her host of friends in Kenilworth. Mrs. Eastman had been interested in Kenilworth affairs for many years. She was a member of the Neighbors and of the Kenilworth Garden club and had taken an active part in both organizations.
Dr. Theodore Foster of Elmhurst read the Episcopal service.
