Rev. Harry S. Longley, rector of St. Mark's Episcopal church, will be consecrated as bishop suffragan for the Episcopal church on October 23. The ceremony will take place in St. Mark's church, Evanston. The new bishop will at once proceed to the diocese of Iowa, the plan of having a suffragan for that state being approved as preferable to dividing the state into two districts.
