- F.L. Wellington of Wilmette will start construction of a new home in the near future on a lot he purchased on Oxford road, Kenilworth. Other recent real estate transactions include the purchase of the Cook home at 912 Twelfth St. [12th St.] by F. A. Randall, Evanston, and the sale of the McDowell home at 511 Tenth St., [10th St.] to Frank Warden of Oak Park.
