- The New Trier High School Board of Education Caucus is seeking candidates to slate for the April 2001 School Board election. The Caucus will be slating four candidates.
The terms of office for School Board members Wendy Serrino, James Koch and Robert Merrick end in April 2011. The incumbents' intentions to run for re-election have not been announced.
All prospective candidates are asked to submit a candidate data sheet, by Oct. 9. To request a data sheet please contact Dave Mischler, Caucus Secretary, or Beth Blom, Caucus Chairman.
The New Trier High School Board Caucus is comprised of delegates and alternates from each of the six elementary school districts that send students to New Trier. Additionally there are two delegates from the New Trier High School Student Alliance. The delegates from Sunset Ridge District 29 are Debbie Kerr, Sue Siegel, Julie Engelman; delegates from Glencoe District 35 are Anne Nathan, Karen Parker, Amy Joffe, Mark Miller, Onnie Scheyer, Terry Lynch, Beth Bachlin; delegates from Winnetka District 36 are Dania Leemputte, Janice Macvicar, Marcia Oley, Harry Grace, Sarah Woodburn, Leslie Maguire, Laurie Kaplan Singh, William Murphy, Nick Anaclerio, Karen Kiersay; delegates from Avoca District 37 are Cynthia Chase Kofkin, Stella Menegas, Joel Raynes, Bob Werner ; delegates from Kenilworth District 38 are Kris Fishman, Dan Noel, Lisa Lucenti; delegates from Wilmette District 39 are Edith Abramson, Beth Blom, Mark Irwin, Frank Carroll, Holly Krevitz, Bruce Lyon, Dave Mischler, Jodi Newmark, Greg Pearlman, Nancy Perry, Mark Resnik, Alice Schaff, Cindy Shanker, Kaci Smith, Cheryl Smith, Judy Trunsky, Robert Lepkowski, Adam Lepkowski, Brian Slocum;the delegates from New Trier High School Student Alliance are Scott Nystuen and Max Kanter.
